The homeowners for this project sought a refuge from today’s ever present stress and pressure, where they could relax and rediscover the pleasures of fine living. They wanted a modern sancturary that promoted invigoration, indulgance and luxury, allowing them to celebrate and live life to the fullest.
Ron and his team were able to take on a very challenging slope in order to completely create an incredible structure that feels like it has always been on the shores of Flathead Lake. He made extensive use of glass, stone, timber and the steep slope to bring the home “to the lake,” while at the same time giving the owner a sense of the mountains as well. Innovative engineering structures throughout the home allow the residents to enjoy spectacular views from almost every venue within the structure.
Promoting retreat, recovery and healing of the mind, body and soul, the final outcome was the homeowner’s picture of the perfection.
